I have deposited to my accojnt 150 euros

and i played sports bets and casino and withdrawl 300 euros

. my account was fully verified

as soon as i requested withdrawl i got email to provide deposit proof of visa card revolut. Which i did, i sent revolut statment That i downloaded from my revolut app. It was sucesufully verified too. Then sudenly i see my balance went from 300 euros to 120 euros

and sudenly they told me i breached rules number 9 and 10 which is for multiply account which is hilarious because i have only 1 account and nobody else around me is using any casino or betting. So this is total scam mystake!!!! And stealing my money for no reason even tho i verrified complelty my account with selfie and live video and scuesfully deposit card and everyting!!!!!!! And as soon as i make withdrawl they make up about multiply acounts that dont exist! This is imposible scam has to be reported to police! Without any proof or explanation no words!

No i never created any account on mystake. I find out about the site not long ago andd decided to open. Never heard before of it.


no i cant login is closed . they provided that i breached rules n9 and 10 which makes no sense and when i asked more about it to explain they couddnt. They coudnt provide proof or any explanation. this is total scam because everyring was verified everyting all identity , addres, deposit, withdrawl. Everyting. And even after deposit methoed was verified they said to send video to confirm last time identity in order to make withdrawl sucesfull. And then sudenly they just stoled my funds from account. Total scam really i feel they robbed me and it is not fair reslly to steal my deposit + my wiinings which were 150 euros only .


no never i took any bonus. Was all with my money.

no nobody uses casino. I live with my mother which is 80+. My dautgher has same addres but she doesnt live with me anymore so nobody else is in my household . Only i created

so casino has to pay my money and the end od this story.

Mah they just have to pay my money nevause was ilegally stolen thats it. Everyting aprooved and sucesfully verified aand then without any reason just stealing my money as soon as i made withdrawl haha i wonder why they didnt come up with this descion before i made withdrawl. hilarous. Scammers they are and for that they have to face fines big ones

Additionally, there were instances of either identical or remarkably similar gameplay observed, even in sports betting. Given these findings, I am unable to assist you further, and your complaint will be formally rejected. The casino enforces a stringent policy regarding cases of multiple accounts used in this manner.
