I deposited using cryptocurrency but on withdrawal they told me you withdraw using the same method, but under withdrawal there is no crypto currency, there is what is called Jeton of which it's not for individuals. Please help me on how best can I make a withdrawal.

Yes my account was verified successfully. As I already mentioned earlier there is only Jetonbank which I can't use because to open an account it requires business not individuals like us. The paperwork that it requires is for those that already established their businesses for example the first requirement is certificate of incorporation and I don't have access to that. Please help me with any other alternatives not that Jetonbank which is the one that is appearing. I hope you can do something thank you.

From the screenshot you sent us, it appears that there is another option available besides Jetonbank — a bank transfer. Have you tried selecting this payment method?

Bank transfer requires.. IBAN which is not offered by the banks in my country. Thank you my issue was finally resolved through cryoto currency, I sent them my wallet address they processed my withdrawal. But I still have a challenge for the next withdrawal since I was asked to resort to the said non working withdrawal methods
