Took deposits for months. Then I Won €1500, made my first withdrawal, had to split it into 3 withdrawals of 500 over 3 days.

My withdrawals are still at stage 1 of processing since the 22-8-25. Support not helping me.

Casino cancelled 2 of my withdrawals today,made on the 23rd and 24th August. I’ve been put back to stage 1 again. This is the 3rd week I’ve been chasing these guys. They paid out 1 of 3 withdrawals and cancelled the other 2.

I still have the money and n account but il prob have to wait another 17 days for the next withdrawal. Scandalous behaviour

Yes that’s correct. In regards to the 2 cancelled withdrawal,They said it was my bank or my browser and that it happens sometime. Total rubbish. I withdrew another 2x500 yesterday and today. Same bank.

I saw in there terms that if an account is not being used in 30 days they can shut me down. I’ve no intention of depositing again but I think that’s what they are trying to do. Delay till the 22-9 and they close me down if I don’t use my account.

They have now paid out 2 of my 3 withdrawals . But they keep cancelling my withdrawals and putting me back to stage1 again today. This is ongoing since the 22 August. Unreal. Thank you for your help and your time Romi.
