I play for a few months at magius casino. Around december i made it to vip level 5. (Vip level is based on activity, deposits and withdraws)


in the last weeks i played so much that i had a lot of deposits and withdraws. But after withdrawing €7000 my vip level dropped from 5 to 1. I received the €7000 but there is still €2000 in my account.


i cant withdraw the last €2000 because as vip level 1 the maximum monthly withdraw is €7000 (for vip level 5=€20.000)


what is completely going wrong here?They let you think you can withdraw €20.000. But after withdrawing €7.000 your vip level drops to level 1 and reach limit. I think this is really unfair, while my betting volume is insane high.


there is no posibility to withdraw more then 7k in a month. They just drop your vip level.
