I made a withdrawal on May 5th and received the usual automated response stating it would take 7–21 working days. We're now well past that timeframe.


The only updates I've received are automated replies saying the withdrawal is being processed and that an email has been sent to the finance department.


For context, I've been using the site for over two years and have never had any issues with withdrawals before. Previous withdrawals were typically processed within a week. The only difference this time is that the withdrawal amount is larger than my previous requests.
