My withdrawal was requested and approved on October 5th. According to the casino’s own terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 21 business days. Despite this, my payment has still not been received.


I have contacted the casino’s live chat support approximately ten times, but I have not received any clear information, concrete updates, or confirmation of when my funds will be sent. The responses were vague and did not help to resolve the situation.


At this point, the delay significantly exceeds the timeframe promised in their rules, and I am unable to obtain any meaningful assistance from the casino directly. Therefore, I kindly ask for your help in investigating this matter and encouraging Magic Win Casino to complete my withdrawal without further delay.

Yes, I have received one withdrawal from this casino before. It was my first one and they sent it very quickly, after just a few days.

The withdrawal I’m waiting for now is my second one, and this time they haven’t paid anything and won’t give me any clear answers, even though I keep contacting them.

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Magic Win Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Magic Win Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
