I processed my withdrawal on the 26th November 25. Its now 27th Jan 26. I've not been paid out. They cancelled it without consent in December and. And made me resubmit the withdrawal blaming maintenance.


The truth was it was used to reset the clock and delay my payment. Over 2 months now, lied to daily and they will not pay me what they owe me

I've only made deposits. Had no successful withdrawals. This was my first one and they're continuing daily to use delay tactics and not payout.


Yes I passed the verification prior to requesting the withdrawal.

Initially I had the bonus and I lost the £100 I deposited. I then took the second bonus out and played way past the required percentage to gamble. Probably 10 times the required amount. I was already verified. I had over £4000. They only allowed me to request a withdrawal of £1759. I did that and then I gambled the rest whilst I waited for the withdrawal to come through. Eventually I lost the rest and it's been over 70 days now and they are still saying my withdrawal is being processed and I'm just lied to daily.

It's not taking my reply but I've emailed pictures and explanation. Basically took the first bonus and lost it off one hundred deposit. Second bonus I won. Was over four thousand at one point but they only let me withdraw 1759 and I later lost the rest. I passed verification beforehand and I passed the wagering requirements about ten times over. I communicate daily and they just send the same copy and paste message daily but will not pay me out what they owe me claiming it's still processing. It's into the third month waiting.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Magic Win Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
