I did withdraw money on the 10 of August from Magicwin website after few successful bets. Since then I contacted casino on multiple occasions but received same answer that my withdrawal is still processing.

I waited patiently 21 days but still nothing (that the time frame they promised me I will get my money back)

Now they saying there is delay in my case and they will remind this financial department about my withdrawal.

Every day I have same answer but no action.

I would like ask you to help get my money back. I am happy to give 20% of that sum for your help and I happy to cooperate with you. I can send screenshot etc whatever is necessary and will help.
