I am filing a formal multi-incident complaint against Lucky Dreams Casino for two separate instances of unfair balance deductions totaling $30,000 NZD. In both cases, the casino's automated system incorrectly applied promotional maximum cash out caps to winnings that were generated using unrestricted, post-wagering real cash.

Incident 1 (Current Dispute - $24,000 NZD Withheld):

Recently, I activated the "Weekend Trio" reload bonus. The promotion carried an $8,000 NZD wagering turnover requirement and a strict $8 NZD maximum bet limit. I meticulously monitored my play and completed exactly $8,005 NZD in wagering turnover while staying 100% within the $8 bet limit.

Once the system tracked my wagering as 100% complete, my active bonus officially closed, and my balance transitioned into real cash. Following standard casino operations, I only scaled up my bet sizes beyond the $8 limit after the bonus restrictions vanished. I subsequently ran my balance up to nearly $40,000 NZD, finishing the session at $29,000 NZD.

Upon requesting a withdrawal, the casino's automated finance script blindly slashed my balance down to $5,000 NZD, confiscating $24,000 NZD. Standard front-line customer support has issued a generic, automated template response completely ignoring the timeline of my bets. The player interface actively restricts my view to only my last 50 bets, preventing me from taking screenshots of the transition point. I formally request that the mediator compel Lucky Dreams to extract my backend server logs to audit the exact balance timestamp when the $8,000 NZD wagering hit 100%. Winnings generated from subsequent real-cash spins are legally exempt from promotional caps.

Incident 2 (May 2026 Dispute - $6,000 NZD Withheld):

Between 27 May and 4 June 2026, I experienced an identical issue on this platform. I successfully hit a $35,000 NZD win, scaled down to $30,000 NZD, and requested a clean cash withdrawal. The casino approved roughly $24,000 NZD but withheld $6,000 NZD. They claimed that a completely separate bonus I opted into after my winning session was finished retroactively applied to my pending withdrawal. I have a full, documented email chain showing customer support failing to address the separate timelines of these funds.

Conclusion:

Lucky Dreams exhibits a systemic software or management failure where real-cash balances are erroneously overwritten by promotional rules. I have kept my remaining $5,000 NZD balance completely untouched and frozen. I request a manual, supervisor-level audit of my server-side bet logs for both sessions so my rightfully won cash can be restored.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

  • How much did you win from playing with the "Weekend Trio" reload bonus? Was this amount capped at the maximum winnings allowed under the bonus terms when the funds were transferred from your bonus balance to your real-money balance?
  • Am I correct in understanding that you did not request a withdrawal immediately after completing the bonus wagering requirements, but instead continued playing with your funds and placed bets exceeding the maximum allowed while the bonus terms were still applicable?
  • Please ask the casino via email to provide you with your gaming history in Excel format, covering both incidents referred to in your complaint. Once you receive the file, kindly forward it to me at veronika.f@casino.guru.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Veronika
