LuckyBlock Casino - Player believes that their withdrawal has been delayed.

I have deposited about 100 euros on Luckyblock.com yesterday, played a bit, in the end had around 215 euros and tryed to withdraw it. They asked me for proof of identification, which I provided and passed, after that they also asked me to send proof of adress, and i have provided the following, as theyre guidelines ask: credit card bill not older than 30 days stating my full name and adress, they denied that and asked for a different document, after that I have provided bank statement document also not older than 30 days and displaying my full name and adress, they denied that document aswell, after that I provided an internet bill in my fathers name since I asked them if I can provide it if its in my fathers name and they said I can, they denied that also, all of those documents were complying with the terms they asked for and they rejected all of those documents, providing none explanation to why were they rejected even though I asked multiple times.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
