In April 2021 I had won €500.00 after I had applied for a payout of €500.00 for the first time and had sent all the relevant documents. After almost 8 weeks I was informed that the processing had been cancelled.

Then I tried to have €300.00 paid out with the hope that the amount would go a little faster and without problems, but that didn't work either. I've been waiting for my win for 8 months now.

The live chat texts me the same excuse every time and asks my forgiveness. For 8 months I have had to hear that there are supposedly so many withdrawals in process and that need to be checked, and at the end I get the sentence they would pass it on to the finance department to speed it up. But this is all just an excuse and a lie! The casino is simply not able to pay out the customers their winnings!
