hello,


I deposited 100 and received a bonus.

I played through all of my bonus and increased my bets and won 9000 in two different transactions.


i tried to withdraw and send paperwork in for verification- this was on the 29th


on the 30th I decided to play a bit from

my 9000 as my payments were pending.


i had one amount for 6000 and one for 3000.


i recalled my 6000 and played 2000 from

that amount.


when I went to withdraw my amount was clearly able to do so. For 5 days I messaged the 24 hours crew and was given the same story about manager being able to clear the funds once the necessary security check was done.


on Saturday I emailed the support email address and by Sunday they declined it saying the bets amounts and bonus. This was not the case as I played though my bonus and these amounts were allowed to cash out.



they took my winnings and stole it.


i have all the emails and can show you the withdraw requests as well as two teams talking about two different bet amounts.


pleade help 😢 I really need that money and I won it.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
