I deposited 20 USDT (crypto) and claimed 600% bonus. I completed all the required 40X wagering very carefully without crossing Max bet limit of 5 USDT and after meeting all the wagering requirements, I received 1210.48 USDT in my wallet. I played only 7 slots and have completed the wagering. Then I requested withdrawal of 1210 USDT and submitted my KYC documents as per support team instructions. My account became verified within few minutes. After submitting the withdrawal of 1210 USDT, today I got popup that my account is restricted and deposit,betting also restricted. I have pending withdrawal of 1210 USDT still not received. The reason given for account closure is the technical issue and account can't be reopened. In asked the deadline for receiving my withdrawal and account reopening, I was told that there is no deadline and just keep waiting. I am ok if they restricted my account for technical reason but I need my withdrawal which is not processed since 21/03/ 2026. Since withdrawal using crypto are processed instantly as mentioned, I am now worried about my unpaid winnings.

Hi, I played only slots games and and 7-8 games max. I carefully played under with max 4 USD because I was aware that max allowed bet size is 5 USD.


I submitted my passport, bank statement for address verification and payment proof from my crypto wallet showing latest deposit. My account immediately became verified within few minutes.


The reason given to me for account closure is just 'technical reason' only with no possibility to reopen my account.


Today I enquired about my 1210 USD withdrawal, I was told that my withdrawal case has been handed over to manager for security checks and they do not have any timeline when it will be done.

Update:

My withdrawal is declined and all the winnings amount 1210 USD is confiscated and left 20 USD in my account which was my deposit. I received and email stating that I belong to restricted country. I registered on their site in 2025 by checking my country India was not in restricted territories. Till then I made several deposits using crypto and all were accepted by casino.

 

I don't know how they restricted my country and when? Why I was not informed? If my country is restricted why my deposits accepted? Why I received deposit bonus and other promotions via email? If country is restricted, how do they verified my profile yesterday with the passport and bank statement? My passport and Bank statement has clearly written ' Government of India' still they accepted my documents and verified my profile. What if I had not placed any withdrawal and continue making deposits then that would have accepted by casino just like since last 1 year.

 

How do they changed ownership from Hollycorn N V to Just Entertainment B V without informing users about the change and continue accepting deposits from restricted countries.

 

Even many websites including Askgambler, casino.guru, lcb still shows that players from India are accepted and casino is owned by Hollycorn N V? How casino can accept the deposits from restricted countries players since such long time without informing them about recent changes in ownership?

 

Casino terms and conditions page still shows last updated in 2022 and I registered on 2025 when India was not in restricted territories and now the terms and conditions page shows last updated and version on same year 2022. How they manipulate the terms and conditions without changing version and year?

It's like the take money from restricted countries players till they loose and not to pay them when they win.

 

I am ok to accept the account termination decision but I need the entire withdrawal of my winnings 1210 USD.

 

All other Hollycorn owned casino sent me official email communication before disabling my account but letslucky never sent me any such email. I can show proof of other sister casinos as well.

 

How do they can accept the money from Indian Players if India has been placed in restricted territories.

 

Also terms and conditions clearly mentioned that restricted territories players can't deposit real money. I did not deposited real money which is India Rupees (INR) which is my Fiat currency. I deposited crypto only about more than 200 USDT till the date. What about those money casino taken from me? It's clearly casino fault they have not informed me about their ownership change and added restricted countries as well. They approved my documents 2 days ago and accepted as well.

 

It's very unfair decision since all my deposit were lost since 1 year and this was the first win and first cashout.

 

I request casino.guru team to ask for solid proof from letslucky casino about they have informed me about country and ownership change.


Casino.guru still shows Indian players are accepted and casino is still owned by Hollycorn B V management.


I demand 1210 USD payout and I will accept the account closure decision as well.

 

Their account verification confirmation email received 4 days back only.


I hope letslucky will accept their mistake and will pay me winnings before further restrictions.
