Case summary

The player from Poland disputes the unlawful confiscation of 67,000 PLN of his winnings by Moonlite N.V. after successfully passing a live video verification. His account is permanently blocked under the vague suspicion of fraud, but he argues that the refund of his deposits indicates a lack of evidence against him, and he requests an investigation into his gameplay logs to reclaim his winnings.

I am filing a formal dispute against Moonlite N.V., operating Leon.bet under License No. OGL/2024/356/0288, for the unlawful confiscation of 67,000 PLN(plus open betting stakes, that were removed from transaction history) of my legitimate winnings(total balance of my account was 133,000 PLN)

On 21.07.2026, I successfully passed a live video verification session requested by the operator. Afterward, my account was permanently blocked and 67,000 PLN was confiscated under Section 7.5 based on vague "suspicion of fraud". The casino issued a final refusal to my appeal, hiding behind Section 11 of their terms and refusing to provide any dynamic or technical proof of wrongdoing.

The operator has recently refunded my deposits, which acts as a clear admission that they have no standing empirical evidence of fraud against me to justify the confiscation of my winnings. I have formally notified them that this refund does not mean I waive my rights to my contractual winnings. I kindly request the authority to investigate my gameplay logs and order Moonlite N.V. to fully release my 67,000 PLN winnings(plus open betting stakes, that were removed from transaction history).

Sincerely,

Dawid D.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

  • Could you please specify the nature of the video call you had with the casino? What questions were you asked? Am I correct in understanding that your account was blocked immediately after the video call ended?
  • What types of games did you play at this casino to accumulate the winnings that were confiscated from your account?
  • Did you accumulate these winnings with or without a bonus?
  • Which documents did you provide to the casino for your account verification? Were any of the documents rejected by the casino during the KYC process?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Veronika
