Hello lemon casino blocked my account and took 5400 PLN

Reason Duplicate Account 

I have never created another account with my data

nor have I played

Once, my woman had an account with them with the same house address and her data

So what duplicate account ?

Please help because on truspilot's opinions I see that you often do the same with other players and they steal their money
