The player from South Africa has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet.
I am filing a formal complaint against Lemon Casino for deceptive advertising, operating an unlicensed gambling platform in a restricted jurisdiction, and systematically blocking all player withdrawals.
1 Systematic Withdrawal Blocking
The platform operates a predatory financial trap. Deposits are processed instantly with zero friction, but it is entirely impossible to withdraw any winnings. Every withdrawal request I have made remains indefinitely pending. Even after speaking directly with support agents to resolve the issue, the funds are never released. Instead, withdrawals are deliberately delayed and ultimately cancelled by the platform, forcing the capital back into the playable balance. On May 24, 2026, I successfully accumulated a balance but my withdrawal never got approved even after speaking to agent.
2 False Advertising and Illegal Operations
Lemon Casino explicitly advertises its services as "Available for South African players" on search engines and through local affiliate networks. However, interactive online casino gambling is strictly prohibited in South Africa under the National Gambling Act 7 of 2004. Lemon Casino holds no license with the National Gambling Board of South Africa. By specifically targeting South African citizens while operating illegally and outside the jurisdiction of local financial regulators, they are operating under false pretences and misleading the public.
3 Resolution Demand
Because Lemon Casino is operating illegally in my jurisdiction, falsely advertising its legitimacy to South African citizens, and operating a system where withdrawals are fundamentally disabled by design, I am demanding a full refund of all deposited capital. I deposited R 18,000.00 in total, under the false assumption that this was a legitimate platform that honours payouts.
The casino must process a full refund of my deposits immediately.
The image attached proves they are illegally advertising their platform to South Africans and then don’t pay our winnings.

Dear TaahirSattar,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
