I would like to file a complaint against Legiano Casino regarding a delayed withdrawal.

• Status: "Pending for review"

• Waiting time: 10+ calendar days

• Account status: Fully verified

• Bonus used: No (raw balance only)

I have previously received a €500 withdrawal from the same casino without issues. My account is fully verified, and no additional documents have been requested.

Despite this, my €300 withdrawal has been stuck in "Pending for review" status for over 10 calendar days. The support team keeps responding with generic messages such as "high withdrawal volume" and "final stages," but they do not provide any specific processing date or compliance-related reason for the delay.

Since Neteller withdrawals are usually processed quickly once approved, and my account has no active bonuses or verification issues, I see no legitimate reason for this prolonged delay.

I kindly ask Casino Guru to assist in mediating this case and help obtain a clear explanation and prompt processing of my withdrawal.
