I requested the withdrawal on another payment method with which I have already made deposits in fact now I requested it on the old payment method where my withdrawals were credited in the past. As for kYC they have never asked me for any type of document not even now that I wrote to customer service who responded by asking me only for the screens of the withdrawal cancelled by them and the withdrawal requested this morning.
