I have had a few withdrawals waiting for a week or 10 days. This is usually a tactic from the casinos to make you cancel the withdrawal and continue playing. It worked because I canceled them. Ofc then they said it was just about to get paid. I then requested a new withdrawal and decided not to play anymore until it's payed. That was 3 weeks ago, and nothing happened, despite their own policy is withdrawals within 3 business days. When I ask they just give me the usual-sorry, it will be soon. Week after week.

I have made 1 or 2 successful withdrawals, but every time I waited alot. Not this much though.

There was no bonus involved. Kyc is verified.

They have sent me one more email today with all the usual stuff (this is rare occurance (untrue, it was the same every time), we are sorry, thank you for understanding, your request has been forwarded etc). What's more, when I logged into account I saw 500e balance, as if they rejected my withdrawal. However, there is no reason for this which they confirmed in an email. True enough, my withdrawal is still active and pending. Ridiculous...

News. Now they canceled my withdrawal without me knowing, after almost a month of waiting. Of course, no explanation, reason, or information they canceled. This is really a disgrace.

So, they didn't reject it. It is stated that it is canceled, which would imply I canceled, which I didn't of course.

Now I requested it again and they act like everything is normal and explained they try to process withdrawals within 3 days but it might get delayed. Do you believe these people?
