I am currently on 4th business day waiting on my withdrawal. Their terms and conditions say within 3 business days. Guess they don't really matter and companies with curacao license can do anything they want. So bottom line don't gamble on those companies. Better go all in on a random crypto. Good luck getting a withdrawal from legiano. I will keep pushing publicly until i get my withdrawal in all review sites. Ps i also have another withdrawal open with the same amount, placed one day after the first one.

-Sending emails every day as well as live chat. Not a single definite answer. Only generic answers.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Total amount for withdrawal is 1054. Terms say 500max per day and 3 withdrawals max for pending. So i made 3 requests. 500,500,54. All three separated by 24hours in accordance to the terms/limits. As for kyc, it exclusively states on the website itself that as of now its not needed. As of your "14 days allowance". Why? Why would that be a standard? Since terms explicitly state 3 business days and we are currently on 4th. By the letters we have a violation here. "Delay is possible if there are a lot of applications" is nowhere mentioned in the terms.

Withdrew 1059€ (3 separated from each other requests)like we said. Now i am currently waiting on the 366€ withdrawal requested on 9/2/25. Still nothing.
