Legiano Casino - Player believes that their withdrawal has been delayed.

They aren't processing my withdrawals, they said 3 business days and its still pending, we are at about 1 week now.

The support chat is actually urging me to cancel the withdrawal so I can keep playing on the website which is despicable.

I also informed them that I wanted to kyc and they keep saying I don't have to yet but I think they will use it as an excuse sometime next week to cancel my withdrawal.

I just want to recoup some of the money I lost on the site and leave it.

The support staff is filled with automated responses.

They won't let me start the kyc process, its a common issues where they delay players withdrawals by doing so
