Hello, i have an account with lazybar, deposited about 1500 euro in bitcoin, I did the id verification and now they asking the proof of deposit which i sent them but they keep decline it and they say they cant accept it if there is no name on it, i dont know how they dont understand crypto wallets are anonym, i even sent them proof but they just keep saying they will not accept it, please help me with this
