lalabet has offered me a refund. I signed a contract but they have not payed me out yet. They are not responding to any form o communication.

thank you for responding. I was supposed to get the refund because I was legally not allowed to gamble on this site. Although the website stated it was my own responsibility, they offered me a refund anyway. I signed the contract a few weeks after Some communication back and forth. I can not discuss the contents of this contract as this is part of the contract, but then, since they failed to pay out my refund, maybe I should..
