I have been waiting for a promised refund from lalabet for several months now. Despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the payment would be processed, there has been no resolution. This issue has dragged on far too long, and I've seen that other players are experiencing similar delays. This raises serious concerns about the reliability of the casino. I can no longer accept further excuses or delays and expect immediate resolution.

I want to point out that your excuse about "issues with the payment provider" is complete nonsense. This has been used for months now, as can be seen on Trustpilot. It's clear that you process payouts to other players daily, so this excuse is not acceptable. I expect you to honor your agreement and process my payment without further delay.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear Macagenius, unfortunately as the casino has not responded further we are forced to close this complaint as 'unresolved'. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. I am sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion.
