I made three withdrawals in the 16th 17th and 18th of march. 800 is the maximum withdrawal you can make! Customer service just say the same thing and to be patient. I’ve made a complaint with them and also contacted them nearly every day. They look like they will not honour my withdrawals.

Hey thank you. I hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I have made many withdrawals in the past. I made one big withdrawal about 4000 and I was a vip took two weeks. They downgraded my vip status as I had not made deposits as I was waiting for withdrawals. No verification needed. I keep checking this but not needed. These three withdrawels were not with a bonus. It was accumulated! Please help. I don’t know where to turn.
