I am extremely frustrated and feel completely mistreated. I requested a withdrawal on 05/22, and until now I still have not received my money. All I get are automatic replies from the live chat, and my emails are simply ignored.

Honestly, I feel like I have been robbed, because I cannot understand how it is possible for a withdrawal to take 8 days to be processed. I urgently need a proper response, as this situation is affecting me very badly and increasing my anxiety and stress.

I am requesting an immediate update and a definitive solution to this issue as soon as possible.
