Trying to withdraw 88,000NOK (About 10,000$). Made my first withdrawal 8 days ago. After 2 days I asked them about it in the chat, they told me withdrawal time is 1-3 days. Then after 4 days they told me withdrawal time is 3-5 days.


Then they told me my withdrawal is "In its final stage" and "The money will soon be in your bank account". That was days ago.


I cant withdraw more than 8000NOK per day and the maximum number of withdrawals are 3 so at this rate it will take ages to get my money.


When I check the withdrawal it has not even been approved yet.


I have never been treated this way by a casino before in my years of playing. I know they are delaying it because they want users to spend all the money instead of withdrawing it but this is way too long.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello!


I have played at probably 50 different casinos and withdrawals are usually approved within 3-5 days at the most. I know it can take time to be processed and reach my bank account but right now my withdrawals are not even approved.


Under "Verification" in my profile it says that my profile doesn't require verification and I don't have any option to do so. When I asked about it in the chat they said the same thing. See attached screenshot.

Of course it happened, I got sick of all the excuses and gambled everything away. Excactly what Kingmaker was hoping for.

I went 9 days without gambling. Kingmaker pressured me into playing because they wont process my withdrawal.

I am very sad and disappointed.
