I had requested a withdrawal on Nov 4th,2025. The website states it takes 3 days. It is now on the third day and any time I try to contact I get the same automated messages/responses. I was assured today that my case has been put on priority, but after reading many reviews, I doubt that. My withdrawal is still stuck in "under review" which has been that way since the beginning. This is the worst casino I have ever dealt with when it comes to withdrawals and the first casino I have ever made a complaint on. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CASINO. There are far better ones with withdrawals that come within an hour of requesting them.


Another negative factor with this casino is they do not offer deposit limits or any limits for that matter. It’s downright robbery.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I still have not received my withdrawal. It still says "under review" and I have checked and double checked that all information is up to date. Any talking with customer service leads to nowhere.
