There are no outstanding actions required from my side, and no issues have been raised regarding my account.

I am requesting assistance in resolving this delayed withdrawal.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we’ve received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Despite numerous cases submitted, the casino has decided to adopt a No Reaction Policy approach in response to all our attempts to negotiate any issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to wait for your money without any feedback on when you’ll receive it, and I genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Update:

There has still been no resolution regarding my withdrawal of £2,640.

Today marks 29 business days since the request, which exceeds the operator’s stated processing time (7–21 business days).

I have sent multiple emails and contacted live chat, but I am only receiving generic responses with no specific payment date or transaction confirmation.

I have now escalated the matter through my bank and I am in the process of reporting this case to UK fraud authorities.

At this stage, the lack of communication and continued delay raises serious concerns about the operator’s practices.

Unfortunately, we have reached a point where we are unable to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation. However, this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows that it is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand that this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino’s approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for King's Chip Casino to completely ignore our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives, as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any issues have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from King's Chip Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
