I’ve deposited over £4200 onto Kingschip1.com, winning a total of just over £15200. No bonuses, free spins or wagering, just pure deposits from my bank account, and I cannot make any contact with the betting site and they are not processing or paying out my withdrawal requests . Does anyone know how I can actually get to speak to a human about this and not AI ?

Yes I can log in and access my account. When I first joined, I had 3 successful withdrawals for small amounts, £98, £298, £99. I passed the verification on the same day that I registered for the account. My winnings were NOT as a result of any bonus / wagering requirements.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from King's Chip Casino. I wish I could be of more help. The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
