Hello, a few days ago I deposited money into the aforementioned casino and wagered my bonus into real money. I verified my account and requested a €5,000 withdrawal. For days it has been showing as "processing." Today I wanted to check the withdrawal status and was able to log in. I contacted support but unfortunately haven't received a response. I don't have any other accounts with this casino. Can you help me?
