I closed my account on 09/05/2026 however they have allowed me to continue to deposit regardless. I have emailed them but they are not willing to refund the deposits even though they were placed on a closed account due to gambling issues.

Hi Jean, I contacted kaasino on the 9th May 2026 and they confirmed the same day that it was closed however I didn’t go into their site to check as obviously I was trying to avoid gambling, I deposited as follows:

26/05 £150

02/06 £220

10/06 £100

11/06 £70

18/06 £50

19/06 £191

20/06 £55

30/06 £470

01/07 £90

total of £1396
