Case summary

The player from Finland was facing issues with withdrawing his small winnings from Justcasino.io, which he claimed were fairly obtained without bonuses. Despite his attempts to communicate with the casino, they had not processed his payout and had even encouraged him to cancel his withdrawals. We explained that withdrawal processing could take time, especially if KYC was unfinished or there was a high volume of requests, and asked him to wait at least 14 days after requesting the payout. As he did not respond to our messages and reminders, we were unable to continue the investigation, and the complaint was closed for now.

Hi,

Justcasino.io has no problems accepting deposits, which I made fairly (over €50K), yet now that I have a small win compared to my overall deposits, they refuse to payout.

I’m trying via all channels to get them to finally process them, so far without success.

The winnings were obtained fairly and without the use of bonuses or anything of the sort.

They even emailed me encouraging me to cancel my withdrawals.

Hope someone here can help out.

Thanks in advance,

Dear Johnny123,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings within 14 days of requesting the withdrawal, please let us know, and we will intervene and try to help you.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Tomas
