Hi I got a win 4000 with bonus after wagering I withdrew this amount as there is nothing stated in the bonus terms and conditions saying there is a maximum limit on bonus withdrawal amounts, and they cancelled it and gave me $2720 to withdrawal although still there’s nothing in bonus terms and conditions saying that there’s a maximum withdrawal on deposited bonus, support told me that all the bonuses have different requirements according to our terms and conditions. In case the max win rule is broken and you are not able to get the whole amount which is ridiculous because I believe it should be clearly stated as this avoids a lot of people depositing with bonus either in the bonus terms and conditions or in the bonus you are depositing with as i would not use bonus if I knew it had a maximum withdrawal

The maximum win is limited to 10x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the bonus offer. It means that the maximum win of a deposit bonus is calculated as the bonus money the player receives multiplied by a maximum win coefficient (x10 by default). The maximum winnings from deposit Free Spins cannot exceed x10 of the bonus amount received as a result of the Free Spins play.
