Hi i joined the jertcity casino and hit 2 jackpots within a fewhours winning over 11000 euro. i completed the kyc and withdrew the maximum 5k amount to my Debit Card .it took 4 days to complete.


i submitted a request to withdraw the second 5k to my Debit Card on may 25th. The request was declined after 4 days due to 'technical error'

Another withdrwalrequest to the same card and another refusal on May 31st.

I was advised to try iban withdrawal and i have submited a 5k withdrawal request today ( june 1st) using PayAnyBank


During this delaying period i continued to play and hit another 1200k jackpot meaning there is 3940 in addition to the 5k euro due.


i dont think i will get it at this stage and i have stopped playingin the casino ( from june 1st). i guess they are hoping i will gamble away the my winnings.


Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
