I just want to close my account! Many days and emails later and they just won’t close it! I don’t know how much more clear I can make it. They are not reading my emails and insist on keeping it open despite many many many requests. This shouldn’t be so hard and is an awful tactic to attempt to get me to keep spending money. Disgusting behaviour.


At this point my time chasing this up deserves to be compensated as does their use of tactics to try and get me to keep it open and refuse my requests. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

  • Closing an account is a simple process with minimal impact—players can reopen their accounts at any time, and the casino has no ongoing obligations toward them.
  • Self-exclusion, on the other hand, comes with stricter restrictions. When a player successfully requests self-exclusion, the casino agrees not to reopen the account, except under specific circumstances (such as after a cooling-off period, but never for players with gambling problems).
