I had $30sc from free play winnings. I purchased a 9.99 package and ended winning over $250. I played another $20 and lost I then redeemed my $200 and they only have me $25 days it was because if winning from free play which is not correct and instead b of paying they issued a refund which no casino does. So they know they were wrong
