March 30th I withdrew $4250, within a hour I received $1,250. I wondered why so I messaged support on Monday morning, they said I would have it within 24 hours. 24 hours goes by then I need to verify, sure no problem! I was verified almost instantly, took a couple hours. I then was told on the 2nd that I would need 24-48 hours to receive it. Did not receive it on 4th (48 hours) I reached out and they now said they were closed for the weekend and I would get it monday. Well, I am sure you can guess.. It is now the 10th and they keep giving me the run around, I have spend countless hours reaching out to support (a long waiting period to talk to anyone) and I come up with being told a different thing than what the recent agent has told me. I have seen so many users elsewhere run into the same thing, I do not know how this site is actually being used by people and has not been shut down. It is sickening the way they lie and do not offer a solid answer on anything.

Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.
