The player from Alberta participated in a referral promotion but received only one bonus instead of two despite having two successful referrals. She has emailed the casino three times over two weeks without receiving a response.
In February they had a promotion for refering friends, instead of the regular $50 bonus you would get $100. I had 2 successful referals both making the minimum deposit, however I was only given a bonus for one. I have emailed them at least 3 times and still haven't received a response its been over two weeks with no word back

Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that we have received many complaints about this particular gambling establishment. Despite numerous cases submitted, the casino has adopted a No Reaction Policy and has not responded to any of our attempts to resolve these issues.
I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to wait without receiving any feedback.
