Thanks for you're response , is it common for casinos to take a fortnight to pay their customers ? Because they do state that it's 3 business days for a withdrawal to be processed. I changed my withdrawal to crypto thinking it would come quicker, that was on the date stated 26/5/25 before that I had it issued as a bank transfer when I had initially won the money on the 23/5/2025 it was initially a little over $1000 AUD I had won. Ive heard on your website from other patrons that have played with Jackpot Frenzy , that 15 days had elapsed before they were asked to verify their identity and send in the relevant documents. I also am vmery uninspired by the fact that they have a button to immediately return the funds to your account, but if you do the withdrawal resets to 0 days again. Anyway hope it will be resolved asap and transition from constantly pending to completed and processed

Hi please cancel the complaint as I was fed up with the amount of time my withdrawal was taking and foolishly played the $600 hoping I would win a huge amount, but I lost all the funds and there isn't anything to withdraw now,thank you to casino guru for the excellent service you run in trying to right wrongs.
