Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

  • When was your account originally verified using your Medicare card, and when did you make your most recent successful withdrawal? If possible, please provide evidence confirming that the casino previously accepted this card for identity verification.
  • When exactly did you request the disputed withdrawal, and what is its current status in your casino account?
  • Have you informed the casino that you do not have a driver’s licence and asked whether it can offer another verification method, such as accepting a different official document or arranging a verification call? Please forward the complete relevant communication with the casino in its original .eml or .msg format to veronika.f@casino.guru.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika
