Dear nicolaj666 and Casino Guru,
After additional communication with MiFinity, we have received more details regarding the transactions that were declined. Here is the information we were provided by MiFinity:
"Please note we can confirm the transaction mentioned has been declined for the reason "Unknown creditor account"
We advise you to refer back to the customer and review their Bank Account information, to ensure they have provided you with the correct banking details."
Unfortunately, "unknown creditor account" may refer to several issues, including:
- incorrect IBAN/account number (missing or incorrect digits, incorrectly placed spaces)
- incorrect beneficiary name (does not match the name of the bank account holder, especially if special characters are present)
- incorrect bank/BIK/SWIFT (the name or identifier does not match the bank of the account holder)
- closed or inactive account (data entered belongs to an account not in service)
- customer's bank does not allow transfer type (bank blocks specific types of transfers, for example, international, in specific currency or SEPA Instant)
- routing/intermediary bank error (in international transactions, if used)
- incorrect account format (local account number entered instead of IBAN)
As can be seen, the list is rather vast in this case. As such, if the player does not have alternative withdrawal methods available, we can suggest the following ways to check for potential errors:
- contact the bank and request assistance so the bank themselves suggests specifically what must be entered, perhaps contacting MiFinity for more details
- provide us a PDF of their bank account details they are using for withdrawal to support@iwildcasino.com, so we may cross-check it against entered information and, if possible, contact MiFinity for further clarifications
Respectfully,
iWild Casino Representative.
