I deposited 15 €, that was succesful but only bank wasnt enough. They wanted to connect bank with email, didnt remember password, long time no log in into iwild, i chose recovery pass for 5 times, I mean resend. I never got that. Now my money is hanging somewhere and they say they are working on it, soon its 48h and they cant handle it. Ive sent 2x that receipt already. I finally then got that recovery pass. I said just add that 15 to my account there or delete my acc and send it back from where it came all I get is that they are working on it. Id say its kinda disrespectful and careless attitude. Cant imagine how impossible it would with bigger amount.

Dear Sveeeevs,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Complaints Resolution Center

If its like this it should be mentioned in the front page. I dont know how you suggest casinos like this 😅 the ones im using often withdrawal is on my account in less than 5 seconds and over 3k € wins usually 1-1,5h. Good that I learned that from Iwild that way not when im about to withdraw 5k 🤣

Dear Sveeeevs and Casino Guru,

We would like to clarify that the described issue is related to a deposit attempt made at iWild, not a withdrawal. We have not received any withdrawal requests from the player.

On June 26th, the player has tried to utilize a new function "Sign up with Bank ID", which allows players to sign up and deposit in one action via their bank, making the process more convenient. This function was made available recently due to a partnership with payment processors. However, this function is intended only for sign ups and is not functional for players with an active account. Similarly, the deposit would not go through if the player has previously opened an account with the same email address, as a new account could not be opened with the same email address due to a duplicate account issue.

The player was informed of that by the support team and was requested to log in or recover account in order to deposit as normal. As for the deposit attempt made, per design, it has not come through and was automatically canceled by the payment processing company after expiry of the request. The funds should return automatically to the player in timeframes defined by their bank. If the player wishes to deposit at iWild, we kindly suggest them to use the standard wallet deposit options as they do have an iWild account at this moment.

Respectfully,

iWild Casino Representative.

How on earth do you not understand that I pressed the recover link to get the password, but it didn't work! Last night the money was returned to the account.
