itle: iWild Casino delaying €700 withdrawal – false promises and no payout
Complaint:
I requested a withdrawal of €700 on 27.09.2025. According to iWild Casino’s own terms, withdrawals are supposed to be processed within 48–72 hours.
At this point they are just stalling the withdrawal, and they are saying the same stuff all the time, meanwhile its 4th day and they did not even process withdrawal let alone that it reached my bank.
It has now been longer than this timeframe, but my withdrawal still shows as "processing." Support keeps repeating the same phrases ("it’s being processed, please wait"), but nothing happens. They even told me that I am "first in the queue," which is clearly not true – if I were first, this would have been solved in 30 minutes, not several days.
I asked them about KYC and they confirmed my account is already verified and no additional documents are required. So there is no reason for the delay.
I have screenshots and emails proving that they are constantly stalling and giving misleading information. I also noticed that many other players have been complaining during September that they wait weeks for withdrawals without results. This shows a clear pattern of behavior.
I have already filed a report to the Curaçao Gaming Authority ([email protected]
), but I am now posting this public complaint so other players can be warned.
I kindly ask CasinoGuru to assist in getting my rightful withdrawal processed.
