Let's start with the basics. I deposited via skrill. Won 50 euros and requested a withdrawal via skrill on 07.08.2025. 25 hours later my withdrawal was canceled. Asked the support what the problem was. She told me the department cancelled it by mistake. Told me to request a new one. I played some won 100 euros. I requested it on 09.08.2025 via skrill. The next day AGAIN 25 hours later, I got an email stating my withdrawal was declined. I went agai to support and asked them what was the problem this time. The support told me to request my withdrawal via bank transfer since my deposit was made with bank transfer (no it's not) I told her that my deposits were made via skrill and I want my money via skrill. She told me to use any other withdrawal method I had. So I decided to request my withdrawal via crypto. But I asked the support to complete it now due to unfair practices. She denied. Well I got an email stating that I can't withdraw winnings via crypto. So guys as you see, I'm in a very bad mood due to casino's shady practices and incompetence. I truly believe casino guru should consider re evaluating ivybet casino's rating.

Hello, the winnings were played since the casino refused to pay even when i was told to use any other method i had available other than skrill. Technically, I was playing in an online casino that I could never withdraw. I want to ask the relevant representative of casino guru if this is a reason for a refund against ivybet. If it isn't, we can close the complaint and have my pending review accepted. Thank you in advance.

No I have used it and closed the account. Every withdrawal method I tried to withdraw the winnings was rejected by the casino.

I deposited via skrill. Tried to withdraw via skrill. Casino rejected all my requests either stating there was a mistake by its side or that skrill was unavailable for me.

Then tried to withdraw via crypto as I was asked by the casino. Again it was rejected.

Overall I had 3 available withdrawal methods for my account. Bank transfer (which I don't use) skrill and crypto. Casino didn't want the withdrawal to go through. So what was the point of playing since there wasn't any chance of withdrawing the winnings.
