I am trying to get paid KYC is ok


nobody answers to the support emails


I get an email that withdrawal is ok and will be processed and suddenly the money returns back to my account without any other explanation


tried another card I get an error message.


tried with bank it says this payment is blocked


tried with crypto again nothing


3 mails to the support never answered and one at the complaints never even responded again


please help

I got a playment years ago

no bonus or what so ever I have a pending withdrawal of 1200 euros which is all the time cancelled with no reason they don’t answer to me how am I gonna receive my money


I just get the confirmation email and afterwards the money comes back to my account
