When you win an amount that is 10x your deposit (This was less than 500 EUR, even if you complete your wagering, they will revert your withdrawal and put a withdrawal block and their excuse is they need to check with the provider.


Go to another casino not operated by this business.

Shady bad casino, they will delay payments to you and give the excuse they need to check gameplay for fairplay, but the gameplay was on Slots? They restrict you from withdrawing.


They will pay out small amounts of under 100 EUR but if it exceeds that they will delay the payments and restrict your request THE WITHDRAWAL..

Yes If they were less than 100 they would be paid out. No KYC verification and was with a bonus on slots. Wagering fully completed.

Thank you for your reply, Cesis. Could you please clarify when exactly you made the last successful withdrawal, and how many days it took to be processed? Which payment method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it the same one you used in the past?

There were times where the withdrawal took 3-4 days to reach me but they never reverted the funds and blocked me from withdrawing it seems they only did this because I got a win that was 10x the deposited amount. Max amount for this bonus was also 10x deposit amount. The rest of the funds that exceeded the 10x where confiscated which I understood and if they are less than 100 usually they are instant paid out. I have used debit card but since winnings came from a bonus it did not let me to withdraw back to it, but it was forced via crypto.


Last successful was on the 11th April which was instant.

No they removed the blocks after I played them away, which is insane. I don't understand what checks where required when it was slots and low wins
