I have asked the casino to close my account more than 10 times. They ignore most of my request. I have been bribed with no deposit bonuses if I will keep the account open. I have also learned they don’t accept players from Texas. I’m from Texas and they have taken more than $15,000 in deposits from me. They steal the air to live and breath, those that own and work for this gaming site.

  • Closing an account is a simple process with minimal impact—players can reopen their accounts at any time, and the casino has no ongoing obligations toward them.
  • Self-exclusion, on the other hand, comes with stricter restrictions. When a player successfully requests self-exclusion, the casino agrees not to reopen the account, except under specific circumstances (such as after a cooling-off period, but never for players with gambling problems).

First the account was opened illegally. They should have never opened the account for someone from Texas. I want it closed so no further deposits can be made.

Second, I am spending to much money and Inhave informed them of this. This is why I want my account closed. People like me that overspend are a goldmine to these casinos that keep taking money from people with gambling weaknesses.
