after being suspiciously, unable to upload the screenshot to the complaint page in the dialogue, I was told that, even though I was kicked out of the game halfway through there was no way to recover the money and I would not be offered to bonus. It was disgusting customer service and I think it speaks to. They’re going down hill recently.


incidentally, all of the agents referred to them themselves is working for Bata and not for ignition so there may be some management issues going on

Hello, I have to say in many respects, I still like the website. But there policy on being dropped from poker, is not acceptable. The situation was as I described above. Midway through a game I was dropped could not log back on. And although there was a record of this, because the man said he was judging me at fault for not being able to log back on, there was no way to recover the funds. This was only a seven dollar pot. Had it been a larger one, for hundreds or thousands of dollars, I would be irate. I think rather than try to push this claim I would just caution people to be careful when they play poker with this platform.
