Dear Casino Guru Complaints Team,
I am submitting this complaint about Hype.bet’s decision to close three linked accounts and initially withhold a legitimate $90,446 win on Dead or Alive 3: Wanted (04/04/2026 at 23:51 UTC). I have now accepted a much lower settlement due to urgent financial pressure, but I believe the casino’s actions were unfair.
Account Background
• Gpex and Donatoor: Created in good faith after repeated game crashes. No withdrawals or profits made. I self-excluded promptly as there was no clear option to permanently delete accounts — only a one-month self-exclusion was available (confirmations attached).
• Harryslotter: My main account with genuine high-volume play. Approximately 39 deposits of personally sourced USDC, fully traceable via Coinbase. Around $3,000 in prior withdrawals were paid in full. Promoted to Bronze then Silver VIP (emails attached).
All funds were my own real money with complete blockchain verification. I am a UK player and Hype.bet was advertised as available to UK players on CasinoGrounds.com at the time (screenshot attached).
The Win and Casino Response
On 04/04/2026 I won $90,446 legitimately. The casino later linked the accounts and cited breaches of:
• Section 3 (one account per user/household/IP/device, including VPN use)
• Section 8.6 (multiple first-deposit bonuses)
They closed all accounts and withheld the win plus balance, claiming prior payouts did not override the breach. The breaches were unintentional and unknown to me at the time.
Communications and Settlement
I provided deposit/withdrawal screenshots and Coinbase proofs showing personal funds. Hype.bet offered only $2,829 + $397 goodwill. Due to urgent rent and living costs, I was forced to accept their lowball offer shortly after my 14 April 2026 chase email. I could not risk getting nothing. Despite having clear proof and nothing to hide, the casino pressured me into the reduced settlement because of the win size instead of resolving it fairly based on the evidence.
Mitigating Factors
• First two accounts produced zero profit and were responsibly self-excluded.
• Main account showed consistent personal funding, successful prior payouts, and VIP progression.
• VPN used only for crypto privacy, no abusive intent.
• Funds 100% verifiable as mine.
• Breaches unintentional and could have been easily clarified with the evidence.
This is similar to Hype.bet’s previous €156k case on Casino Guru, which was rejected only for insufficient evidence. My documentation is much stronger.
Requested Resolution
Please investigate the fairness of the account closures, win withholding, and pressure to accept a lowball settlement. Mediate with Hype.bet, publish the outcome, and escalate to the certified independent ADR provider under Curaçao LOK 2026 rules if needed (operator pays costs). This will help protect other players.
Evidence attached (5 screenshots):
• Win screenshot ($90,446 on Dead or Alive 3: Wanted)
• Self-exclusion confirmations for Gpex and Donatoor
• VIP rank-up emails (Bronze → Silver)
• Deposit/withdrawal/balance screenshots for all three accounts
• CasinoGrounds UK availability screenshot
I can provide full timeline evidence (including the complete email chain) and additional blockchain verification details if needed. Thank you for your help and for the important work Casino Guru does.
Best regards,
